9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have the best principal now Dr. R! A lot of the prior reviews mention the old principal. The new one has kept and brought the very best teachers to julington creek elementary. The school is truly the very very best experience for my kifd. The principal, and all the staff are literally so incredible!!! I have loved every minute being there and my kids are thriving there!Parent Review1mo ago31 Reviews - Durbin Creek Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is exhausting. While there are a few truly incredible teachers, they are consistently overshadowed by others who simply do not belong in elementary education. Candamio (K), Furlow (1), and Nicks (3) were especially disappointing. These teachers don’t just struggle—they break students down at their core.Nicks teaches a gifted class, yet somehow manages to take a group of high-achieving students and make them miserable and resent school altogether.I stayed in the DCE system far longer than I should have, and I’m relieved to finally be done. Endless emails, constant parent battles, and a staff culture that seems to care about nothing beyond test scores. Education should be about children—not just numbers.Parent Review4mo ago41 Reviews - Loretto Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers and administrators do not know how to teach or communicate. They are completely out of depth to manage the energy of young children and mold creative minds to positive channels with the right attitude. I guess that's what we as parents get for a state that can't attract talent into the teaching field.Parent Review1mo ago33 Reviews - Greenland Pines Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageUnless you have money to constantly donate to the school your kids will be treated like crap. We are a low income family that struggles and my kids get blamed for EVERYTHING without ANY proof and anytime I report bullying nothing ever gets done and I never hear back there is a Tik Tok video of my daughter sobbing and being bullied on the bus the kid uploaded and nothing got done my daughter was told horrible sexual things by students nothing ever got done I heard nothing. If you have money your kids are secure if your struggling like us they'll make your kids the scapegoat for everythingParent Review8mo ago22 Reviews
