"Moved into this area in Aug of 2024 and we love it so far. Family friendly, kids out playing, people walking. Their dogs, riding bikes. It’s super quiet, well kept yards and friendly neighbors. We feel safe and love the birds we see on the pond behind our home."

"A great family oriented place to live with lots of parks, amenities and wonderful schools. Few traffic issues, virtually no crime and quite a few good restaurants in the area. Also close to the beach."

"I’ve lived in Fruit Cove for over 60 years. I teach in my neighborhood school & my children graduated from StJohns county schools. Both are UF graduates. My husband & I live in my childhood home . There have been many changes over the years but it’s still a wonderful place to live."

"We have no sidewalks on Bishop Ests Rd. It is difficult and dangerous to walk on my road. People drive their cars quite fast on Bishop Est Rd even though the speed limit is 30 mph."

"Good family neighborhood and only a walk to the elementary school. Too bad there’s no community clubhouse or tennis/basketball courts."

"We have none. Cars are a necessity in St Johns County. The traffic has gotten much worse because our county is the fastest growing county in Florida."

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended JCES growing up and was super excited when we moved back in the area that my children would be able to attend there as well. I have a (now) 5th grader and a 1st grader. They both love their teachers (which speaks volumes to the teachers ability to keep the kids engaged) and have overall enjoyed their school experience. I have felt that as a parent my voice is heard and there is ample opportunities to be able to be engaged in my children's school life. 100% recommend JCES!Parent Review1y ago30 Reviews - Cunningham Creek Elementary School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe previous principal was great but then they brought in Yvette Gonzalez. She blatantly plays favorites. She barely responds to parents. But our real problem was with a 5th grade Teacher Ms Barnes. awful teacher that just isnt good with children. She simply lacks the patience to teach children. She will literally yell at them if they try to ask any questions. Not a good look for a teacher for 10 year old kids. Its sad to see the downward trajectory the school has taken since Gonzalez took over.Parent Review1y ago13 Reviews
