"The neighborhood is safe, well maintained yards and sidewalks with a near neighborhood park. The park has a basketball courts, kids play area with multiple sets of swings money bars and balance beams. The area is shaded with oak and pine trees and lots of room for dogs and two stations for poop bags and trash cans. I love my sleepy neighborhood that is close to everything. "

"Two parks are close by. Library 1 mile down the road that holds events. Close to major shopping, hospitals, schools. "

"We have been here 40 years the neighborhood is clean and friendly. I love late evening walks and I have never felt threatened walking here in the dark. My neighbors are the kind of people that would give you the shirt off of their back."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for two years now, and I am not scared to be at home alone. I live on a dead-end street, so my grandkids can ride their bikes in it without much worry. My neighbors are very friendly as well!"

"It’s a nice neighborhood because it is conveniently located to stores and Olive and Ninth Avenue. Northeast Pensacola is also a safe neighborhood"
