"Shot commute, little traffic, that takes less than 15 minutes. I am also just as close to the beach!"

"Low traffic and a short commute were some of the reasons I moved here from a large city. Do have more traffic during the vacation periods."

"Full time residents more than renters is definitely a plus. Love the fact you can have your pets. Golf carts are a plus as well. I love being near the lagoon to get in our boat for the day."

"It’s dog friendly and safe. No real complaints. There’s a handful of outdoor TNR’d cats on every street , but that has not been a problem for us, and in fact, the dogs love to watch and chase them lol "

"Too many loose dogs. It’s dangerous to walk your dogs here because people don’t watch or contain their own dogs. "

"There are bike paths that you can take two different ways to Thomas Drive. Maybe a 10 to 15 minute ride to Saint Andrews Park. There is two gas stations and a dollar general in a bike riding distance."

"I bought a unit 1 year ago and I love it and my wife is very pleased. I'm an avid bike rider and the proximity to the beach is excellent. I'm anxious for the road improvement projects to be completed and the riding will be even better"

"Some dogs get loose or some owners do not leash as they walk. Some do not pick up after their dog. But nice neighborhood overall. Would live here longer but my job is transferring me. "

"This area of Panama City Beach is accessible to just about everything you need. Close to shopping, Naval base and parks (St Andrews State park) the beaches and marinas! Hidden off of Laird Stree - it's quickly accessible from Laurie Av or Thomas Drive, yet is a low traffic area. "
