"It’s a friendly area with easy acces to shopping, dining and a Publix grocery. The neighborhood is urban residential. The brick roads are charming, and forces slow driving and quieter neighborhoods. It’s expensive m, but it’s perfect for Gen Xers, older millineals and young families. "

"It's centric to just about everywhere and everything one can possibly want. It totally has you in its grip. You want old world charm you got it. Outdoors is a breeze with its tall old stately oak trees. You want movies and other entertainment you got it. Food, it's everywhere a whole kaleidoscope of dfferent nations and tastes. Parks, you decide which one you like. Retail outlets are like the air you breathe. This neighborhood is whatever you want it to be. From a mom and pop sort to stately elegance. You decide. "

"This is a great area, especially for professionals. You are minutes, yes minutes, to downtown Orlando. Many events are near by as well. You are in walking distance to two super markets shopping, restaurants, and services. Public transportation is near by as well. Jump on two major roads (I-4 and 408) within minutes. "
