    "Everyone cares about the neighborhood. There are long-time residents and many new families and singles. Almost everyone has a dog and it is a dog show at walking time! Lots of friendly people. Great location. Tequila Sunrise is right behind us, a dance studio, a church, Publix, Ross and lots of shopping."
