"I live at this house.Love the beach , New theater coming. Have new Super Walmart . Have wonderful Gaff Deli for meat. A home depot.Cows and lots of farm land and water views. Free fishing and new free boat ramps."

"Great area close to town with a country "feel". Quick drive into shopping area, hospital and beachside. 10 min to Port Orange. Privacy is a plus! Home is like new condition. View of Turnbull Bay. Room for boats, RV's, cargo trailers. Wooded nature path on property. Horses permitted. Enough road frontage to build another home. In-law quarters could also be built for each home (the present home and possible additional home) . Scenic route, a favorite of bicycle and motorcycle riders. You'll love it."
