"There are some families but more retirees. It’s a great place to raise kids nonetheless, as they can ride bikes, freely around the beach areas and the neighborhoods. North Beach is where I live and it feels very safe up here. Can’t speak for the rest of the areas."

"Wonderful, friendly neighborhood that feels safe and pretty quiet most of the time at least on my street which is Indian River. Love it here! Also that I can bike down to the shops and restaurants easily. I don’t need to commute because I work from home."

"There are some children in the neighborhood but there are more inland. The area is very pleasant to live in and we love the access to both the river and the ocean. The Dunes Park is amazing! Our dog loves the dog park. Can walk/golf cart to Flagler where there are plenty of restaurants. "
