Initially, this school came highly recommended about five years ago, and at that time the culture truly reflected the values it claimed to uphold. Over the years, however, there has been a noticeable and steady decline in the overall culture, staff responsiveness, and leadership competency. While there are still a few kind staff members and some excellent teachers who genuinely care about students, there has also been an increasing pattern of over-disciplining students who are otherwise strong and well-behaved. Unfortunately, the overall environment no longer feels as supportive or consistent as it once did, and the shift in culture has been difficult to ignore.
