6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs an ex-student of Forest Hill Elementary, I have been there for K-5. Most teachers are rude and yell every day. Teachers talked badly about students and obviously had favourites. Bullying isn't taken care of properly at this school and most dont care about ur mental health. Once had a panic attack and I got sent to class as we were preparing for the FSA. They dont care and dont even teach properly. All we learn is how to prepare for the FSA. The nurse doesn't do anything and won't even send you home most time. All she will give you is water or a dirty icepack. Only a few teachers are kind. I only experienced 1 good teacher. The teachers dont take anything seriously and bullying at this school needs to be fixed. The bathroom policy needed to be fixed here as well. Some teachers only let you use the bathroom in the office not even if you have a bathroom right across the hall. The teachers and staff members dont take anything seriously. This school is overall not great but if you meet the right people and hopefully have a good teacher you'll enjoy this school. This is how my overall experience was but I loved this school dearly it is very pretty and they really do take care of the outdoors.Other Review3y ago9 Reviews - Greenacres Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWho knows where I can start with this school . Let’s start off with the principle who’s beyond disgustingly disrespectful and picks and chooses with the school staff and students ! A day before school ended she suspended my child from aftercare due to him wanting to ask aftercare Director, if he can put his belongings inside her office, then she claims he was disrespectful because he would not talk back to her. She also claims he skipped the line by him poking his head out, trying to see what was for snacks when I addressed her with everything she stated I don’t even live in the district, so I can get my kids and leave the school mind you my address is in the district. She mentioned an address that wasn’t noted in any school Paperwork which alerted me that maybe she had me followed to that address because how else would she know if it ? Meanwhile, there’s a handful of students that are not part of the district but since gets along with the parents she allows it. She claims my child isn’t on spectrum because he was evaluated by a staff member. Meanwhile I have doctors Diagnosis for him and have provided them with it . The lack of Communication between staff in regards to student plans (IEP 504)is beyond bad . They inform me that they would be a therapist for my son in school, which took them a month before school and to get him one . As well the principal treats certain staff beyond rude and makes disrespectful comments about them .She speaks unkindly about my son and myself to other staff members! She has made comments about the families that attend the school and their nationality. As well the school has had students get lost or walked off of school . She should not be a principal of that school ! I know much more because I use to be a substitute teacher.Parent Review1y ago8 Reviews - Palm Springs Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son has been here since Kindergarten and we have absolutely LOVED it. All of his teachers have been amazing. He was placed in Enrichment classes in 1st grade and has excelled. He has built great friendships and looks forward to participating in all the fun they provide for their students.Parent Review3y ago9 Reviews
