Forest Hill Elementary School

Who knows where I can start with this school . Let’s start off with the principle who’s beyond disgustingly disrespectful and picks and chooses with the school staff and students ! A day before school ended she suspended my child from aftercare due to him wanting to ask aftercare Director, if he can put his belongings inside her office, then she claims he was disrespectful because he would not talk back to her. She also claims he skipped the line by him poking his head out, trying to see what was for snacks when I addressed her with everything she stated I don’t even live in the district, so I can get my kids and leave the school mind you my address is in the district. She mentioned an address that wasn’t noted in any school Paperwork which alerted me that maybe she had me followed to that address because how else would she know if it ? Meanwhile, there’s a handful of students that are not part of the district but since gets along with the parents she allows it. She claims my child isn’t on spectrum because he was evaluated by a staff member. Meanwhile I have doctors Diagnosis for him and have provided them with it . The lack of Communication between staff in regards to student plans (IEP 504)is beyond bad . They inform me that they would be a therapist for my son in school, which took them a month before school and to get him one . As well the principal treats certain staff beyond rude and makes disrespectful comments about them .She speaks unkindly about my son and myself to other staff members! She has made comments about the families that attend the school and their nationality. As well the school has had students get lost or walked off of school . She should not be a principal of that school ! I know much more because I use to be a substitute teacher.

It was great at the time i believe they tried there best to give us a great school but i do thank it's to overcrowded.

Terrible le.tivieron q cambiar de maestra a mi hijo porq el ya no queria ir a la escuela la maestra diciendole q el era un payaso y q parara de hacer gracias eso delante de los demas alumnos porq, pprq era asi? Porq mi hijo sufre de asma y y tose a veces y ella no queria q lo hiciera dentro del aula fui a una reunion y me dijo q el tenia q pedir permiso cada vez iva a toser!!! entonces nose donde esta la mentalidad de estos maeatros hoy fui a eecoger la computadora q estan prestando para q los niños estudien en las casa y ayer estuve en la escuela y inscribi al nino porq ayer era uno de los dias para hacerlo y me dijeron q fuera hoy a buscarla.ayer habia cola de personas hoy fui y habia cola cuando llegue a mi turno la principal patty lucas me dijo venga el otro lunes usyed no lleno el papel le.dibe si ayer estuve aqui y lo llene aqui y lo entregue y la.persona q lo recibio estaba al lado deella parada mirandonos a mi y a mis hijos y ella dijo no eso no es asi no lo lleno y yo doje si ella dijo señora retirese y la q recibio el papel el dia anterior me decia nevesitamos atender otra persona marchese y me señalaba la puerta. Donde queda el respeto a los padres y a los alumnos mis hijos dijeron waoo q mentirosas ya quiero q vean q son lo peor de lo peor esta escuela y hasta la principal y le puedo asegurar q ella tenia papeles en la mano y no los reviso buscando a mi hijo me pregunto el apellido y yo dije cual era ye ella dijo vargas y yo dije no este apellido y lo dije y ella dijo no no esta usted no lleno el papel me senti tan mal pero tan mal nada de respeto a uno ni a los hijos con q respeto uno puede mirar a esas personas despues si sabes q no valen nada q son mentirosas y engañosas y q no respetan a los padres de los alumnos me senti defraudada engañada humillada y muy enojada esto es triste ver lo q pasa triste es poco dan ganas de vomitar de la sensaxion q da lo ver q esta eacuela su principal y maestro no sirven. No sola esta vez tengo muy malas experiencias con esta escuela.

The school has the best and wonderful staff. (Ms Hernández & officer Brown) everything is well organized, and they are so caring making my babies feel comfortable and secure.

I worked at this school and experienced concerns related to workplace treatment, communication, and administrative handling of employee matters. During my time there, I also had concerns regarding fairness in how workplace issues were addressed and how reporting and disciplinary processes were handled.There were additional concerns raised during my employment regarding compensation practices, workplace communication, and how staff concerns were received and responded to. These experiences created a challenging and stressful work environment.As a member of the Seventh-day Adventist community, I expected a workplace culture consistent with fairness, respect, and integrity. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage others—especially educators and families—to carefully evaluate how workplace concerns are handled and addressed within the institution before making decisions about employment or affiliation.
