"It's a retirement community so schools and night life are not likely your major concern. There's no crime; everyone is retired and out working in yards, biking, walking dogs, or chatting. You will need a car/transportation for shopping.
There is a huge pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, card games, a library, and many different interest groups like Bible study and various games/gardeners meet in the club house.
People are very friendly. I have met all of my neighbors and many of those folks who just walk by with dogs or are out jogging or taking a walk. I bought my retirement home here and will move in once I can no longer care for my horses."
