"Fairly easy for getting where I need to go. Easy access to Gainesville and Lake City. Decent schooling! Fun events happen locally all of the time, and shopping in the area is fairly nice as well."

"We live here and love it but need to downsize due to retirement. It is the safest area in this county with about 12 to 15 police officers living in the area. In the spring the whole community smells of flowers. It is truly a wonderful place to live. "
