3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSayles school is in desperate need of administrators that give this school a fighting chance. You have a school full of teachers that are giving their best but extremely held back due to their administrators. The school superintendent works part time, 2 days a week and makes more than his teachers that show up and dedicate themselves to this school every single day. After years of my children attending this school, the superintendent was rarely reachable and when reached had no idea what was going on. The principal clearly entered the wrong profession, I think she would have a blooming career in politics. She is great at telling you what you want to hear, pretending to care, promising change, yet, delivers nothing. The school uses their budget as an excuse for all of their shortcomings, yet neighboring schools with smaller budgets out preform Sayles in every single way. At some point, the school administrators need to use those R.I.S.E pillars and strive for greatness, or whatever it is they preach but can’t do themselves. The Sayles experience is so disappointing, especially when you see so much potential being led by incompetent administration. The teachers at this school could easily go on to other schools and do amazing things. The admin on the other hand should really reconsider their line of work.Parent Review1mo ago12 Reviews - St Joseph Elementary School
