3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSayles school is in desperate need of administrators that give this school a fighting chance. You have a school full of teachers that are giving their best but extremely held back due to their administrators. The school superintendent works part time, 2 days a week and makes more than his teachers that show up and dedicate themselves to this school every single day. After years of my children attending this school, the superintendent was rarely reachable and when reached had no idea what was going on. The principal clearly entered the wrong profession, I think she would have a blooming career in politics. She is great at telling you what you want to hear, pretending to care, promising change, yet, delivers nothing. The school uses their budget as an excuse for all of their shortcomings, yet neighboring schools with smaller budgets out preform Sayles in every single way. At some point, the school administrators need to use those R.I.S.E pillars and strive for greatness, or whatever it is they preach but can’t do themselves. The Sayles experience is so disappointing, especially when you see so much potential being led by incompetent administration. The teachers at this school could easily go on to other schools and do amazing things. The admin on the other hand should really reconsider their line of work.Parent Review1mo ago12 Reviews - Lisbon Central School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a parent of two children - one is currently a 9th grader at NFA and the other is still a student with LCS (7th grade). We actually moved to Lisbon because of the positive comments regarding LCS when my oldest was in Pre-K. I can not say enough positive things about LCS. They have always been wonderful to my children, the teachers are very active with the kids and my oldest was prepared for his 9th grade year at NFA. LCS has a family atmosphere and since they are a small school the teachers and staff become very familiar with your children. All I can say is they are wonderful....and I appreciate all of the teachers and staff that have teached and coached my children from there - THANK YOU LCS!!!Parent Review13y ago5 Reviews - Sacred Heart School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSacred Heart is Home. As a graduate of the school and a member of the parish I can assure you Sacred Heart is challenging and your children will learn so much. I have just left the school and they prepared me so well for the future. They taught me great values and the morals they taught me are forever part of me. Everyone knows one another, you have a close relationship with all your classmates and teachers will help their students until every child has achieved greatness. We all care about one another and in times of hardship the school is there to support it's united family. The teachers don't tell you God's message, but show you how to live it by being examples everyday. As a student there, I was asked to challenge myself and work hard. Sacred Heart will always have a special place in my heart and the people there are unlike any. They really care. Thank you and God Bless You.Other Review15y ago3 Reviews - St Joseph Elementary School
