6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMVE is absolutely amazing. We could not be happier with our children's experiences. We have two students there currently. It keeps getting more incredible each day. The staff is extremely positive, the administrator is incredible-develops strong relationships with students and follows through with what she has and keeps clear expectations. There are many programs for students to be involved in from enrichment to Robotics, to reading clubs, writing clubs and a Geek Squad to help with technology. It is truly a shining star in our public education system. Everyone works together to support kids.Parent Review8y ago5 Reviews - Northridge Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI used to go to this school and now that I’m older I realize how I would be able to sue y'all. I’m not sure about now but back then the principal would threaten to call the cops on me if I would talk. I was a kid I wasn’t that smart so of course I would stay quiet, she also forced me to stay in a room alone and do work for a whole month alone, with no teacher I had no recess either and I got blamed for something that I didn’t even do, probably even because my skin color I don’t know where the old principle is but if I were to find her she’s getting sued for what she put me thru as a child. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school used to be one of the best in Longmont. Since the new principal came on board in 2019, she has ruined Sanborn’s good reputation and status. I had to buy the text books to help my kids with their learning. Communication from the principal and teachers is awful. Major instances happened and no communication was sent from the school to let parents know what had happened and the course of action would be taken. Teachers weekly newsletters are too cutesy and confusing, full of acronyms and no helpful information that a parent could use to work with their kid(s) at home. Behavior issues are not addressed at all. My children asked if they could go to another school because they were so miserable with behavioral problems impacting their ability to learn and play. They use communal punishment so good kids are not inclined to behave because they get in trouble as a class regardless of whether they’re good or bad.Parent Review2y ago10 Reviews - Alpine Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe’ve loved being at Alpine! My children love going to school every day and if we ever need anything, the office staff and teachers are very responsive. My children are thriving and learning so much!Parent Review3mo ago14 Reviews - Longmont Christian School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe class sizes are small and the school is safe and doesn't have all of the work stuff that's in public schools. They proclaim the name of Jesus Christ and watching all the children be exposed to the word during chapel is very powerful. What a blessing for parents to be able to expose their children to such a great education surrounded around Jesus from the very beginning. It's just right.Other Review1y ago13 Reviews - Messiah Lutheran School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageExcellent school if you are looking for great academics in a christian environment. Smaller class size was a big draw for us because the student-to-teacher ratio was excellent. Some classes are combined but it does not hold the kids back, in fact it pushes them to do even better. The attention given to each student is a lost art at other schools but not here. The children are treated as individuals and taught to learn not to test well for scores for the score-sake. We had two children attend, one finished 3rd grade and the other kindergarten prior to moving out of state. We are sad our youngest won't experience their elementary education. We have high regard for the educators at this school.Parent Review15y ago2 Reviews - Our Saviors Lutheran School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved to Colorado from the east coast. We had always heard great things about Faith Baptist School. We have close friends who were part of the music program there. A couple of years ago we put our son at Faith but that didn't last a semester. We had to pull him out due to the lack of student supervision. Also, some of the teachers lack good Christian character as did their own children. Unfortunately, bad language and dirty jokes seems to be tolerated. I brought this to the attention of the administrator but no changes were made.Parent Review10y ago4 Reviews
