"This is a nice neighborhood with friendly people. Often you see kids playing outside, or people washing their boats. There is a book drop off where people in the neighborhood share books. Walking distance to the dog park, and quick access to the Kathy Fromme natural area with excellent paved trail. Up the hill lies Horsetooth lake. There is a pizza place connected to a nearby gas station (surprisingly good), but no other food within a few miles. "
