"there's a great dog park nearby and tons of people have dogs. only downside is there is also a skunk and racoon population you gotta watch out for."

"Everyone knows each other, they watch out for each other and they're all genuinely good people. The park is steps away and there's always fun activities going on and things to do. The off leash dog park is right down the Highline trail and it's a great place to get to meet new people."
  • Breanna P.
"Not cookie cutter. Each house is unique. Different shaped yard and different architecture. It's a very up and coming area. Growing and thriving. "
  • Beth H.
"Belleview Park has a creek for the kids to play, along with a little animal farm and train ride with baseball fields and a dog park nearby. Cornerstone has a splash park, skate rink, and soccer field with mini golf nearby. You can't really ask for more variety!"
  • Ashley K.
"The amount of parks available in the area is amazing. Any direction there is a park within a .5 mile walk."
  • Beth H.
"I think they would love that there is a dog park tucked away in the back of Belleview park. I don't have a dog so I can't personally speak for it, but it looks nice!"
  • Ashley K.
"Dog owners would love how many parks are accessible. A lot of the parks keep lights on at night which is so helpful. Just beware that some owners do not pick up after their pets and it can be a buzz kill for us who follow the rules."
  • Beth H.
"I'm lucky enough to have a super easy commute to and from my neighborhood. Belleview offers quick access to Santa Fe and I-25. There are also a few light rails close around if you need."
  • Ashley K.
"It's mostly residential. Lots of apartments and houses with little businesses until Broadway, so you have to walk a bit to get there. "
  • Ashley K.
"Using the crosswalks and walking safety is extremely important. People speed all over this area and I'd just want parents to be prepared to avoid that."
  • Beth H.
"Come prepared for anything! You never know if you'll be in the water, riding the train, or petting goats!"
  • Danea S.
