I am extremely disappointed with our experience at village steam elementary My daughter is in TK, and I do not feel that the way she was treated was appropriate for a young child.One of my biggest concerns is that my daughter was forced to hold her urine for approximately 30 minutes during nap time, to the point that she was experiencing stomach pain. I find this completely unacceptable, especially for a young child who is still in an early learning environment and should be allowed to communicate when she needs to use the restroom.I was also specifically told by the principal that my daughter did not have to lay down during nap time. Despite this, a classroom helper continued to force my daughter to lay down. My daughter became scared and upset about going to school because of how she was being treated during nap time.Children this young should feel safe, respected, listened to, and comfortable asking an adult for help. Parents should not have to worry that their child is being made to hold their urine or being forced to do something that administration has already said they do not have to do.This experience has been extremely upsetting for our family. I hope the school takes these concerns seriously and makes sure that other children are treated with the patience, kindness, and respect they deserve.

My daughter have been attending this school right from her kindergarten age till now (4th grade). My daughter is a very smart child and this school brings out more smartness in her. Starting from this school Principal to the rest of this school staffs working in this school that I have met are very great and they are always willing to help you out if you have questions whatsoever. This is school also offer before and after school program called ( THINK TOGETHER) The staffs in that program are very great and helpful too. I will highly recommend this school to anyone I know looking for where to enroll his or her child. And the location of this school is very nice in a residential neighborhood very cool clean, safe and quiet neighborhood which helps a child to focus more in his or her academy. The school premises itself is very clean. Wish this school offers MIDDLE and HIGH SCHOOL I wouldn't mind enrolling my daughter in it as well. Very wonderful school. Will highly recommend.

Attention all parents: Avoid West Palm Conservatory in Victorville at all cost!!!My six year old son was bullied the entire year. He was punched in the face, kicked, pushed, and teased all year. We talked with the teacher and school office. We were told they were dealing with the bullies and they would keep an eye on my son. Today was the last day of school and his pants were pulled down by one of the bullies. Another girl told the boy to pull down my son’s pants. He was not fully exposed, his underwear stayed up, enough is enough! The superintendent called me and told me what happen and I lost it. I asked if it was the same kids who have been picking on my kid all year and he had no idea. He said that he cannot disclose who the child is but they did deal with the student.
