The core values of this school are a gift to our family. I have four children here and we’ve experienced every grade level and every teacher, and throughout it all the school has felt like a big, supportive family. I’ve always felt that my kids are genuinely known, cared for, and looked after with compassion and intention. That sense of partnership means everything to a parent and to the kids. We’ve felt welcomed from day one and we’re grateful to be part of the Saint James family.

Ive had three children attend FLS. My first two were fine. But they fired thenprofessional seasoned principal. Then made the inexperienced first grade teacher the principal. She, the current principal and leadership lacks the experience and education to lead the school in its next chapter. This school also lacks instructor diversity. The school is led by all women that previously attended the school and now work there. Their children get a discounted tuition and preferential treatment. Each time a male teacher is hired he only last a semester because the women run them away Currently there are two male teachers. There is only one PE teacher and its female that a friend of the leadership team. Consequently they all live in a bubble and other their children get the resources to be successful. The academic curriculum is declining and outdated because the principal refuses to implement curriculum to meet the technology and AI curriculum. There is only one computer teacher and the students meet once a week. They lack an excellent foreign language, music and arts instructors. I would not recommend this school in you are looking for a quality Christian private school
