    "Sun Valley is upscale but still unpretentious. If you like private clubs we have the Tennis club which is great for Marin. Home owners looking for an incredibly safe neighborhood with access to hiking, dog parks and families with good children will enjoy living in Sun Valley. "

    "You definitely need a car here, or at least a bike to get to the transit center which is not far away, probably about a mile to a major new train stop, bus stop and other bus companies stops, and the ferry is not far and it is reachable by bike "

    "I've lived in the area for 30 years. This is a great place to live. Close to downtown San Rafael as well as downtown San Anselmo. The neighborhood is quaint and peaceful. Award winning Sun Valley School is close by and the new Andy's Market (neighborhood market) is just down the block. Sun Valley Park is just a short distance away. "
