    "There are many young families moving in and many areas in the neighborhood are within walking distance to a grocery store, drug store, hardware store, bookstore Japanese markets and good restaurants. It's a great neighborhood unless you need public transportation to get around."

    "This is a nice quiet neighborhood with older homes with beautiful character and architecture. Homeowners show great pride in their homes and you will notice right away driving down the streets. You will be just a short walk away from Land Park. Once of Sacramento's best parks with the Sacramento Zoo as a part of it. Shopping is just minutes away and the area is bike friendly so you can enjoy those sunny days with a relaxing bike ride through the park. Their are many great restaurants that feature farm to fork menus that you will easily get addicted to. But don't take my word for it, come and see for yourself!!"
