"Great neighborhood that is close enough to downtown & midtown without living there. Close to shops, groceries, gas and coffee. "

"I loved living there and I would move back in a heartbeat, if I could. I used to take public transit when I lived there. The bus stop was right across from my front door."

"Minimal dog parks but nice river access, also walking paths around the pocket area. More dog pairs would be great "

"There are many familes and couples here. You also have a fair amount of people living here on there own. The apartment's that are on greenhaven dr. and riverside blvd. can get a little noisy, and there can some fights. And there are not that many good schools. But the neighborhood is nice. The schools.... Not so much."

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son has adhd as well as possible other learning disabilities. I was continuously told to seek testing from my physician even though by law, the school is supposed to do testing when a parent requests it. The school principal does not support children with learning disabilities and made my son's life miserable. She continued to allow my son to be bullied and treated the students as if she were their drill sergeant. There was a huge lack of empathy. It was to a point that issues were happening and she would never ask my son his side of the story. Because I got a parent advocate, she started terrorizing my older son as well. I actually had a TEACHER reach out to me to let me know. Once I started learning my rights and got a parent advocate she had my son disenrolled due to "not being in the school district." One of the worst schools I've ever experienced and Kelly Ryan was the worst principal I've ever encountered as well. Do better scusd!Parent Review9mo ago8 Reviews - Brookfield School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe’ve had such a great experience at Brookfield. The academics are strong and challenging, but the school also feels small and welcoming, which is exactly what we wanted for our child. The community is diverse, which was a high priority for us. One thing that really stands out compared to other private schools in the area is that they offer financial aid options, which shows they care about making education accessible. Honestly, we can’t say enough good things about Brookfield - it’s been wonderful all around!Parent Review7mo ago73 Reviews - Land Park Academy, Riverside Campus
