"Turnover is very low at Sun City in Roseville. This beautiful community well maintained. Roseville is the ideal retirement destination, enriched by medical and social services and festooned with restaurants and shopping among the best. Two hour drive takes you to the Sierra (Lake Tahoe), Wine Country or San Francisco."
