"I have been staying in the neighborhood for almost a year and their are several things i love about Roseville, but the things I love most is the variety of shops, restaurants nearby and you can find most anything Plus very friendly and helpful neighbors as well"

"There isn’t a lot of traffic and my commute is fairly short. On the weekends traffic can start to pick up. "
  • Laura M.
"I’ve lived here for 10 years it’s beautiful, well maintained, safe and I love it. It is a great place to raise a family. "

"I drive to Sacramento for work. About 20-30 min depending on traffic. There is no public transportation to Sacramento from Roseville. "
  • Kristen
"None. 85% of moms here are SAHM’s. Many neighbors are Government employees that work in Sacramento which 25 min and an hour in rush hour traffic. Most other neighbors are police, CHP, FBI, Nurses, Dr’s and mannnnny work in the Bay area in tech, like my spouse. 1 1/2hrs to SF, 1 1/2hrs to Tahoe, 1 1/2hrs to Napa, 2 1/2hrs to the beach, 2-3hrs to the redwood forest. AMAZING PLACE!!!!"

"The commute to downtown Sacramento is getting worse every year. 65 is a joke every hour of the day there and back"
  • Wyleemines
"Overnight street parking is a big issue here. They will tow the vehicle if parked on the street after 3 warnings. You will need a permit before you can park and it is not easy to get one. Other than tha, it is a nice place to live in."

"There’s lots of parks and places to walk and play with your dogs that are walking distance so you never have to load them up to take them for a walk. But if you want to take them up in the hills or mountains it’s just a short ride and you have tons of options. "

"I lived here in the past and loved it. Just moved back two months ago. I love that it’s close to EVERYTHING"
  • Varun V.
"This area of Roseville is easily accessible to almost every shopping and dining place you can imagine. The neighborhood itself is also very safe and quiet. There's easy access to Highway 65 and 80, making it tolerable for commuting to Downtown. "

"Excellent area all around. Neatly organized community. Beautiful one and two storied family houses with big back and front yards. Only stone throw away from all the markets and biggest mall in Suburb Sacramento. Excellent, excellent, excellent schools. Great place to rear a family."
  • Sam r.
"This area is fabulous-safe, convenient to entertainment & shopping, close to wonderful schools, what more could you ask for? Whether it's walking your child to school, taking your dog to the dog park, or doing Friday night wine-tasting at the Nugget, it's all here!"
