"I loved living in this area. My house has wonderful sound proofing which is a must for the area. But there is a wonderful train that goes by and I just love to hear it. The bay is a wonderful haven for birds and you never feel like your in the middle of the city really because the birds are everywhere. Also, my garden is just amazing. I also love the Pacific Asian market which is just a few blocks away. If you have dogs Point Isabel is great, as is the other parks nearby. The movie house in El Cerrito is just the best. I love the neighborhood group that anyone can belong to. I loved living in the Pan Handle. I think you will too."

"I love the Richmond Annex. My favorite walkable spots are Pnt Isabel, where I bring my dog twice a day. I roller blade up and down the water front park. Costco nearby is great. I buy my gas and tires there. Trader Joes is just a hop skip away. Two post offices are nearby. Carlson repaved will make the neighborhood really nice. I love the health food store on San Pablo. The area is just wonderful. Near everything! 15 mintutes from Mill Valley, California where my family is.... 20 minutes to San Francisco.... 3 miles to Berkeley.... It is just great!"
