4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love this school. My kids have been going for a few years now and it is much better than a traditional public school. Kids get one on one attention and help.Parent Review13y ago2 Reviews - Buckeye School of the Arts

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageYeah just don't go here it sucks. The teachers cannot teach for anything, the campus is always unclean, they are little elective choices, and special education is almost non-existent. The school website may say there are Robotics and STEAM, but those aren't anywhere to be found. Bullying can also be very often, along with lots of drama and sometimes fights.Student Review3mo ago11 Reviews - Shasta Lake

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth my children have attended SLS since kindergarten. They have had wonderful experiences such as sports, K-Kids, Builder’s Club, Umbuntu, and student leadership. The teachers care about the students and offer the education that has made them reach the exceeds started on the ELA and math state tests. Great school.Parent Review5y ago5 Reviews - Rocky Point Charter School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe grading and reviews on this site initially kept me from considering this school for my daughter. In the end I investigated the open house which showed me a caring staff with great teacher to student rations.I enrolled me daughter and I can't recommend this school enough. Great teachers, so many field trips to stimulate their minds, very caring atmosphere. An afterschool program helping with homework that keeps them until 6 pm, providing snacks.I am so happy I made the choice to send my daughter here. I'm sure if you take a look at this school, you will feel the same.Parent Review2y ago10 Reviews - Redding STEM Academy

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy sister and boyfriend thought this would be a good choice for my nephew, due to multiple issues at Montessori school. I am not sure of the research she did, however (my nephew who is now in my custody), it appears as if his problem was due to ineffective home guidance and the misplaced idea that schools are responsible for all the teaching of the child. You must be involved with your children's education. If the teachers see you care and are paying attention they will provide advise and assistance! We need to teach kids RESPECT. So little of this in todays schools... the biggest concern for this school for the last couple of years is the principle, after several heated board meetings with the parents, teachers and board members, she has decided to resign. So, the matters that I have given a low standard of care may improve.Parent Review1y ago9 Reviews - Shasta County Special Education
