Community Center

Our family absolutely adores this gem of a school. It is blessed with experienced teachers in every grade who continuously look for opportunities to develop their curriculum and also how to make learning more engaging. We continue to benefit from generous funding by the PTA and PiE, which bring special programs like theater for 4/5th graders, music, Makerspace, Junior Museum classes and generous classroom aides. Our beloved Principal Bussmann who was here for over 20 years, just retired. Principal Wong came in and is highly organized, communicative and passionate. The schools SEL (social emotional learning) has been amazing. Conflict resolution, focus on kindness and emotional well-being is at the core of every classroom and teaching. A few teachers start the school day with some light yoga and centering. I just can’t rave enough about this place. I currently have two kids in grades 1 and 4.
