Foothill is truly an amazing school! The staff genuinely love what they do and it shows in how they care for each child. They go out of their way to make learning fun, engaging, and meaningful. There’s also so much support for families from school administrators like Mr. G and Mrs. Wilson. Parenting can be challenging, and Foothill really comes alongside parents with encouragement and practical tools that make a difference. Foothill doesn't just care about the student, they care for the whole family. One of my children went from kindergarten all the way through 8th grade, and when he entered high school, he had tested out of the freshman math class! Even the high school counselor commented that students from Foothill are a notch above their peers. I’ve had children in both public school and at Foothill, and I can honestly say Foothill is far superior in every way. The difference in the level of care, academics, and community is incredible. Foothill isn’t just a school...Foothill feels like family. We’re so thankful to be part of it!

It is our first year at Hope Lutheran after (transferring from another Lutheran K-8) due to our family moving to the area. Scheduled a tour with the principal, Mrs. Nguyen, in May & my kiddos joined Hope’s 1st & 5th grade this August.First impressions on arrival is: secure, fully-gated campus - no visitors can walk onto campus without the code or calling into the office. The staff are all very professional and personable from the Administration all the way to the after-school care team. Academics are in par with what we were doing at the previous institution.Hope focuses on each single child’s unique learning experience & development. Teachers are extremely supportive & encouraging while holding the kids to a higher standard of accountability.Pros:- Strong PTL and parent participation- Small Class Size- Individualized Curriculum- Secure Campus Access- Daily Catering Hot Lunch for purchase- Teachers & Staff are all welcomingCons:- No Gymnasium/MPR- No Music Program
