"It’s about 30mins to most Tech companies and 10mins to great restaurants. People drive safely and overall crime rate is low here."

"Parks and hikes for dog walks. It is a great dog friendly neighborhood. Dogs walkers are also common in the area."
  • Aaron S.
"Great scenery. Close to the city but far enough away on the outskirts of town. Wildlife. Parks nearby. "
  • Nandini J.
"lovely neighborhood - quiet, green, safe where neighbors care about forming connections. we have had a lovely experience getting settled in and know all our neighbors in our cul-de-sac."

"This area is rural right into the foothills but is also several miles from Trader Joe’s and Luckys with no switchbacks to navigate. Homes have land around them with a fair amount of space between houses. Lots of wild foliage; oak trees, pines, etc. wild life abundant; raccoons, possums, wild turkeys, coyotes and some mountain lions. Kids should not wander by themselves"

"Proximity to everything and major employers, great schools etc. love the parks and hiking trails also. "

"This is excellent location - close to 280, 85 ramps, Apple, HP, Stanford Univ and other big companies within a 15 mile radius. Awesome schools, rare crimes and good hiking places like Rancho San Antonio etc"
  • Vince K.
"It would be okay for a single person but there's no way a family would be comfortable. It's midway up a hill surrounded my beautiful homes. Shopping is horrible. The neighborhood "supermarket" is dark and dingy and over priced. It is drivable to Stevens Creek Park which is really the only plus. "
