    "Ask for more lights on the streets and be sure to know your neighbors. Parks Is great. Traffic is ok too. Not sure why the buses run in the neighborhood. Something I would ask about. Seems like it’s a shortcut for them and probably shouldn’t have buses going up and down residential streets"

    "Great place, very friendly. Very accessible to ASU and downtown Tempe. Has a civil actor bus that connects directly to asu, downtown, the light rail and McClintock High School. There are several grocery stores within walking distance and Mayer Park is well maintained."
