    "I have lived here since the 80s. One of the first things new residents say is how friendly and involved in a good way neighbors are. We have a neighborhood association that doesn't care about what color the plants are in your yard but has ice cream socials and brings in grants for free trees to enhance the walks that so many take in the neighborhood. Lots of staff and faculty from nearby ASU make it a diverse and interesting neighborhood."
