8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageVery bad experience here. My son, one of only a few colored kids at the school, would complain of teachers being rude. Only one teacher he really liked. She gave us hope. But we constantly faced challenges with the community as well. At one point, my son did not eat his lunch for a couple days for he said they told him there was no more silverware in the cafeteria. No one was welcoming, only cold shoulders and stares. Would not recommend going here if you are person of color. They do not treat you right. Actions speak LOUDER than words.Parent Review10mo ago40 Reviews - Desert Sun Academy

She was an amazing teacher and that program couldn’t function without ger. and Both my sons adored her. Ms. Jennifer at the front office was awesome. We loved Mrs. Walton too.Parent Review1y ago36 Reviews - Desert Willow Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe are so impressed with the Spanish immersion program at Desert Willow . It is incredible to see how naturally the students pick up the language when it’s used as the tool for learning. Beyond just speaking Spanish, we’ve noticed a huge boost in our child’s problem-solving skills and mental flexibility. The teachers are dedicated professionals who make learning another language feel like an exciting challenge rather than a chore. It’s a gift that will benefit them for a lifetimeParent Review3mo ago33 Reviews - Lone Mountain Elementary School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDynamite Montessori has been an absolute blessing for our family. From the moment we walked through the doors, we could feel the warmth, care, and dedication that make this school truly special. The teachers are nothing short of amazing—patient, knowledgeable, nurturing, and genuinely invested in every child's growth and success. They create an environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn every single day. What stands out most about Dynamite Montessori is how effectively they bring the Montessori philosophy to life. The concept of learning through play is not just a slogan here—it is something that genuinely works. The children are constantly engaged in meaningful activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and critical thinking. It's incredible to see how much they learn while having so much fun at the same time. The educational programs are thoughtfully designed to support each child's individual pace and learning style. Whether it's developing early literacy skills, exploring mathematics, building social confidence, or fostering problem-solving abilities, the curriculum strikes a perfect balance between academic excellence and joyful discovery. The hands-on learning experiences keep children engaged and help them develop a true love of learning. The school community is also exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The staff consistently communicates with parents, celebrates children's achievements, and creates a positive atmosphere where families feel like partners in the educational journey. Every teacher and staff member goes above and beyond to ensure that children are not only learning but also building confidence, kindness, and respect for others. One of the most rewarding aspects as a parent is seeing how excited children are to attend school each day. They come home eager to share what they've learned, the projects they've completed, and the friendships they've built. The growth in independence, communication skills, and self-confidence is remarkable.Dynamite Montessori has created an environment where education is engaging, inspiring, and fun. The teachers' dedication, the welcoming culture, and the successful combination of play-based and academic learning make this school truly exceptional. I highly recommend Dynamite Montessori to any family looking for a nurturing, educational, and enriching environment where children can thrive and develop a lifelong love for learning.Parent Review1mo ago39 Reviews - Cave Creek Montessori

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school mean family to us, my child went there for three years and it felt so safe to send him at this school. Director of school is very very supportive, teachers are well trained for Montessori learning environment. My child always loved to go to school, currently he is in second grade he love to do his summer school at Cave Creek. By the time my child graduated he was already a grade level ahead. its a good combination of play and learning at the same time. I totally recommend this school if you are looking a family for your child.Parent Review1y ago17 Reviews
