"This is the best area to live if you are going to live and work in Huntsville, Alabama. There are wooded walking trails, bike trails, parks, canoeing/boating nearby marina, near state parks - covered bridge, gym clubs & pools, and lots of golf. The schools in this area are rated the best in north Alabama. Safe, friendly, and a lot of interesting new restaurants. Great retirement area because of reasonable property taxes. Very clean,, well kept roads, nearby Handi Ride free small bus for special needs. Lots of kids and adult sports...free soccer field and tennis and baseball really close. I formerly lived in Huntsville for over 20 years and I would rate this neighborhood as the best deal around. "
