Eagle, Idaho is situated along the Boise River and offers miles of public recreational trails along the river.  Residents enjoy walking, biking or fishing along the beautiful greenbelt or picnicking in the city parks.  Golfing is another popular activity in the area.  Eagle boasts being the location of Banbury Golf Course, which is consistently rated among Idaho's top ten golf courses. Eagle also hosts many annual public events including the Eagle Fun Days, the Eagle Saturday Market, the Eagle Golf Classic and the Eagle Food & Wine Festival.  It is also just minutes from Eagle Island State Park which is a public park featuring a waterslide, swimming beach, disc golf course and more than 5 miles of hiking and horseback riding trails. One of the newest attractions in Eagle community is the Chateau des Fleurs which is a fine dining and luxury event center which features European inspired architecture.  The Chateau des Fleurs is hosts community events, weddings,and afternoon tea socials.
