7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNow looking back at my school years they were morbidly messed up I had made a comment in the 9th grade about shooting myself under my breath and someone told their parent I was planning a school shooting and I felt forced to agree with what they said due to the principal being quite aggressive about it, I attempted twice during my years there and it wasn’t even acknowledged that I did have a learning disability(adhd) and the worst part is that I can’t even single out this school as a problem when it’s everywhere. Also your teachers made bomb and gun jokes and I sure as hell did after I was accused for suicidal thoughtsOther Review11mo ago12 Reviews - Lakeridge Middle School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageYou look around and there is nothing but your dull, plain, average middle school, but worse. Subjects are boring, kids are extremely rude/inappropriate and you can't do anything about it. There is also discrimination, ex. If a boy got slapped by a girl, and the boy told someone in the office about it, he would get ISS (In-School Suspension), and the girl would be let off (The same situation would happen if it were a white person who got slapped by a person of color, etc.) There are multiple students who constantly disrupt the learning environment, and the most they do about it is give them a little talk on why they shouldn't do that and are sent back to class. The teachers are "Eh" with some good teachers such as Mr. Mcnally and Mr. Campbell (Best teachers ever) and others that are stricter than strict.Parent Review3y ago10 Reviews - Crestwood Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son was completely neglected and teamed up with another student who would constantly bite him and fight with him, and then my son would then get wrapped into the same mix of people. They kept him with the same people around the same people never changed it, never gave him the attention to succeed which is why he was failing in many classes, and his morale was completely down because there was nobody motivating him or telling them that he was doing a good job. The vice principal is a complete slob, rude, and filled with his own power and his tiny position. Safety is a no-go in that school as my son had repeatedly wounds bite marks and even other injuries with almost no reporting or no solution. The teachers are rude and ineffective and unintelligent. And their curriculum is about as low as you can get. I would never recommend this school to anyone nor ever let anyone go to the school if they ask me. They even try to pull a guilt trip about needing to know if my son was going to be enroll in the school and constantly hassling us for it, we just needed time to get him out of that horrible toxic environment. Do not let your child attend this school which is riddled with inconsistency, really horrible education coming of vice principal who is full of himself with a yellow Bronco LOLParent Review8mo ago6 Reviews - Check out schools near Sumner tapps Hwy E.

"We have lived in Sumner for the past two years and we absolutely love the community feel here. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. When the fires in Bonney Lake got close to our neighborhood, the first responders were kind and kept us alerted. The schools are great, the parks are clean, and the downtown area has the best little shops! "

"its right smack dab in the middle of all the highways, so be ready for noise. the trains are loud and the aroma of Tacoma is awful, bit its pretty for now, and there are still some cute shops and a small downtown area for now."

"Sumner is quiet and full of small town charm. People are friendly, the schools are fantastic and there are plenty of dining options to choose from. Sumner is close to larger cities and is great for a quick trip to the city it a short trek to the beautiful foothills of Rainer "
