    Two stall dock permit with walkway to future dock already installed. Beautiful lakefront 1.2 Ac lots 15 and 16 in restricted subdivision. All roads within subdivision are paved and utilities are underground and this property is probably the nicest in the entire subdivision. Some people like flat and some even like steep. Most people however prefer that gently sloping lot with easy water access and great views. This lot has it all plus it also has an astonishing 350 feet of road frontage with 200 feet on the main road and 150 feet in the cul-de-sac. Placement of your driveway as well as the home will be a breeze. There is no sharp drop-off from the road to the lot and it is mostly level where you could place your house. If you prefer a walkout the topography also can accommodate that type of home. The TVA line is very close to the shore allowing for an outstanding view. The subdivision boat ramp is located in front of lot 17 and the access to it runs along the side of lot 17. This property is within 10 minutes of Murray and you cannot get any closer to any town from the lake than from this lot and has nearly all the stores that one could want. Owner financing is available.

      "There needs to be a all weather trolley system as we have many senior citizens who would utilize a trolley system as well as college students to get to campus from their homes in older Murray areas. The biggest and most dangerous problem are trucking and cars speeding down 641 and past all the restaurants while residents walk to lunch, classes, work, or the park."

      "I grew up in Murray, KY. Where my friends’ parents’ and mine grew up together and, in some cases, our grandparents’ did as well. I always describe Murray as a tight knit “Norman Rockwell” type community. It’s rare that I walk into a store and do not know someone by name. Neighbors look out for neighbors, it’s extremely safe (I believe my parent started locking their doors 10-15 years ago and that was only at night. Kids can safely play outside without a worry. The university, Murray State University is an exceptional school with man award winning departments and athletics make the weekends a fun “community” feel, as we all tailgate before the game. I cannot think of a better place to grow up. I love it here. It’s just got that “something special” that’s indescribable. We are also 10-15 minutes from Kentucky Lake, where many people have boats and/or cabins. If you like a family feel community, where you would be welcomed with open arms.....Murray, Kentucky is waiting for you and your family."
