4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLove Garehime! They have a fabulous model city program that really helps the students better understand economics and business, responsibility and government, and much more. The teachers as a whole are incredible. The principal is great! He really goes to bat with the district to try to ensure we have the best of the best, and he also trys to have a good mix of academics, fun, and discipline. The people who volunteer spend countless hours trying to make school a fun and interactive experience for the kids. The front staff go above and beyond. Class sizes are average. My kids all say 'it feels like home'.Parent Review8y ago12 Reviews - Irwin & Susan Molasky Junior High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe've had nothing but trouble from this school. They've taken away lockers and my child has MS so its incredibly hard to carry a heavy backpack all day long. My child was actually bullied there too. One counselor was pretty decent. Everyone else there seems incompetent, confused & lazy. The front desk is usually answered by student children. Seems like not enough staff. Sometimes adults answer the phone but they give you the wrong info and then the next day you find out that they were wrong. They started a new tardy policy this year as well for being late to first period. Im a disabled, single parent now and when my car broke down and we were late to school by 3 minutes, we had to wait in a LONG LINE stretching outside the doors in the cold and rain while they slowly write hand notes and enter info into the computer. It makes the children take even l0nger t0 get t0 class. Then the attendance clerk, wh0 seemed angry that she had t0 help the lady checking in late students, said t0 me in fr0nt 0f the wh0le quiet 0ffice full 0f parents and students "D0 y0u think y0u can start getting him here 0n time because he has a l0t 0f tardies. S0 many days tardies. WHAT is the pr0blem?" My p00r kid shrank. I still had t0 get my y0unger child t0 sch00l and had b0rr0wed a family members car that m0rning because mine w0uldnt start." Sch00l staff embarrassing children in fr0nt 0f their peers is p00r behavi0r and unpr0fessi0nal while c0nfr0nting parents wh0 are waiting in a l0ng line. The attendance clerk seemed like she didnt like d0ing her j0b and hasn't had any training in cust0mer service skills. In the winter we all have t0 wait 0utside in the c0ld in l0ng lines if 0ur child is late t0 first peri0d. They just made this a new thing this sch00l year and 0nly at this sch00l. All my 0ther kids sch00ls in the same district d0nt d0 this. D0nt let y0ur child g0 t0 this sch00l. N0b0dy kn0ws what theyre d0ing and I've even had a c0unsel0r schedule an app0intment with me and then c0mpletely f0rget ab0ut it.Parent Review2y ago15 Reviews - Centennial High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter was attacked on October 6th around 9:50am. My family and I got to view the video on what happened to my daughter. It is clear in the video that one boy blocked her in while the other placed my daughter in a headlock lock. He slammed her on the ground and punched her many times in the face. Not only did he punch her in the face but he tried to knee her in the face as well. The school is refusing to hold the other boy accountable. They tried to say that someone stated my daughter said a racial remark to the boy which was false. The principal is hiding the fact that this was racially motivated. The other boy involved is still attending the school with no punishment. They turned off their Google reviews so you can't post there. The principal spoke highly of my daughter and said she is always respectful and yet you allowed someone to lie on her. The boy clearly told her to watch out n word and that's not being addressed. This was a hate crime nothing less. We will fight to get the video released so you can see what we can see. The principal failed to show us the video on a proper screen like he showed the first clip before the attack. We had to take turns watching it on his dark laptop screen. They simply do not want this to come out as a hate crime. My daughter has never had a bad remark about her since kindergarten. This school has failed my child but chose to target her brother who attends the same school after he threatened to protect his sister. What's to stop this from happening to your child of color? Justice for my daughter will be served with or without the schools help. Not one adult was seen in the video not one!Parent Review6mo ago14 Reviews - Check out schools near Lot NULL One.

"I live in a nice apartment complex in Lone Mountain except for dog owners do not pick up after their dog uses the bathroom. It’s a good thing the complex has cleaners twice a week cleaning after dogs, but I feel people should be more responsible in the first place. Outside my complex I have not found this a problem at nearby parks or sidewalks. "
