    Pursuant to that certain decree of the Chesapeake Circuit Court in Case No. CL16001359-00, said decree having been entered on September 17, 2021, Albert R. Hartley (in his capacity as Special Commissioner) is soliciting purchase offers for this property (Tax Parcel No. 0590000002430, being vacant land) containing 4.95 acres, more or less. This property is being sold with Tax Parcel No. 0590000002400 (commonly known as 1150 Johnstown Road, containing 3.872 acres, more or less) as a pair.

    These parcels are situated off of Johnstown Road, and they are immediately adjacent to the desirable Stonegate neighborhood. These parcels presently feed into the Great Bridge school district, including Great Bridge Middle and High Schools. The lots amass a total combined land area of 8.822 acres. Great potential for development and use. The Special Commissioner charged with sale of these parcels is selling them as a pair and both will be sold together.
