Kc has Its ups and downs. If a student is committed and hardworking, Central gives them a clear, challenging, rewarding path to success. It should be understood that a majority of low test scores stem from the high number of students from broken, impoverished family's, a result from the lack of development in the region; known for drugs and alcohol. It can be reasoned that these problems are less prevalent in local city schools. If a student is willing to take the advanced classes, extracurricular activities, and focus on success; the same things that apply to all schools, they will emerge well educated as well as prepared for life in the real world through college and beyond.

Both my sons attended this school and I believe there needs to be a lot of changes made in the standards set for teachers and students. It consistently ranks low on testing scores compared to other schools. When you find out both your son watched movies everyday in class instead having class and the teacher gets by with it, there is a big problem.
