It’s flanked to the west by the Polk Parkway and County Road 559 to the east. It is conveniently located near Florida Polytechnic University and the DOT SunTrax testing facility. This property sits in an overlay zoning district, called the “Lakes District”, and the specific zoning for this assemblage is Estate Lots which allow for minimum 1-acre lots. In addition, the Lakes District allows for the transfer of densities from one parcel to another. There are 3 total parcels included in this assemblage. This neighborhood ended up with 45 1-Acre Lots with 25 Lots on the Lakefront of Lake Juliana and 20 Lots with rear-facing views of Lake Arietta to the south.
