"All the homeless people make for a variety of scenery and keep you guessing lol also you can’t leave your car unlocked or anything valuable m/personal in it"
  • Tahliaabanks
"This is a very Bad area. Avoid at all costs. I’m trying to move out now. Lots of drug users and car thieves... I really regret moving here."
  • Margaret A.
"It’s international diversity. Access to highways and public transportation. Restaurants close by. Supermarket within walking distance."
  • Jenny H.
"It's close to the Denver Tech Center and Downtown where most jobs are located for me. It's only 10 minutes to bike to the light rail."
  • Nikki W.
"It's beautiful and all of my surrounding neighbors are so nice, also our HOA really keeps our neighborhood clean and our grass green!"
  • Nikki W.
"Dog owners would love the friendly neighborhood to bring your dogs, plus we have nice sized backyards as well as parks."
  • Jenny H.
"Incredibly close to Cherry Creek Wetlands & Reservoir, which has an off-leash dog park. There is also the Kennedy & Lowry off-leash dog parks that are close. There are a lot of parks, in general, just for walking your dog."
  • Nikki W.
"I drive to and from my neighborhood or I sometimes carpool with my neighbor."
  • Jenny H.
"By car, commuting can be a pain because I live off of Iliff & Yosemite (near Parker) & Iliff is incredibly busy but it's not too bad if you learn to take the back roads like Wabash. And there's the fairly new bridge that now allows you to cross the Highline Canal so you can avoid the Quebec & Iliff intersection, which is always horrible traffic-wise."
  • Nikki W.
"It is a great, safe neighborhood for all types of families!"
  • Fallon M.
"I love it! Lots of great people. Good all around for anyone, big family or not."
  • Fallon M.
    "Good for pets. "
  • Fallon M.
"Not too bad. Pretty easy to get to. Traffic usually isn't bad either way to the doctor."
  • Fallon M.
"Great place for kids! You'll love it."
  • Jordan G.
"Kennedy has many food places withing walking distance such as Wendys and Taco Bell. The Green Solution is a favorite stop as well for my boyfriend whom has seizures. People seem nice."
  • Jordan G.
"Kennedy seems to be a pretty dog friendly place. Having a dog, we have not run into a problem as of yet. Nor have we run into any aggressive dogs."
  • Jordan G.
"Commute seems to be simple enough. If you don't have a car there is always some form of public transportation."
  • Jordan G.
"Sometimes kids from different apartment complexes try to use the amenities of other complexes. Unfortunately, they do vandalize the playgrounds and such."
  • Marissa L.
"The apartments are more reasonable than other parts of Denver. Also, it is still close enough to amenities like downtown Denver and Cherry Creek Reservoir."
  • Marissa L.
"There are good trails around for dog walks."
  • Marissa L.
"The commute is very easy. Still close enough to every area within Denver."
  • Marissa L.
"There are many different parks near the area and a library as well. There are numerous middle and elementary schools in the district; however, there are a lot of apartments, so in the classrooms kids can switch schools a lot."
  • Margaret A.
"It’s a melting pot of people from all over the world. Pretty amazing! Quite a difference from the Colorado of 35+ years ago."
