I have two children (2nd grade and 4th grade) enrolled in Sabal Palm Elementary school. Our experience has been wonderful. The teachers are enthusiastic and responsive. I can tell they enjoy what they do. I children are happy, thriving, learning and growing. The PTA is very active and welcoming. We have had an incredibly positive experience since my oldest was in Kindergarten.

"A great number of people walk their dogs here by the leash. There is a park with walk trails close by. There is a small park just the next street over. There are sidewalksThrough most of the community which are quite useful. On the most part everyone picks up after their dogs and respect each other"

"I have lived in this neighborhood a long time. I am walking distance to restaurants, Publix, and dry cleaners. Ed Austin Park is just across Monument Rd and there is a Walgreens and Post Office close by. "
