Read what parents are saying about Sabal Palm Elementary SchoolI have two children (2nd grade and 4th grade) enrolled in Sabal Palm Elementary school. Our experience has been wonderful. The teachers are enthusiastic and responsive. I can tell they enjoy what they do. I children are happy, thriving, learning and growing. The PTA is very active and welcoming. We have had an incredibly positive experience since my oldest was in Kindergarten.
Posted by a parent on 5/20/2018The best decision that we made was putting our kid in this school. Our daughter was going to Pine Forest School of the Arts for kindergarten and first grade and the school rating went down so we decided to switch her to her home school, which was Sabal Palm and I’m so glad we did. Our daughter was behind in academics when we switched and now she’s doing great. The teachers stay after school to tutor the kids for FSA and go above and beyond for their students. So glad we made the switch!

Posted by a parent on 6/11/2014Sabal Palm has been a blessing to my grandson and next year my granddaughter will attend Kindergarten there. The teachers that we have dealt with have been a blessing (Ms. Griffith and Ms. Gerson). My grandson has learned a lot from them and continues to enjoy everyday he attends school.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageVery nice neighborhood school. My child spent her KG year here and she was very happy every day. The communication between teachers and parents was very effective. My child got bully once and it was handled well. Teachers really care and want to help kids learn and grow.Parent Review1y ago - Grace Lutheran School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI would like to say yes when asked, "would you recommend this school", however the answer is, "no". There are no words to fully contextualize the amount of dissatisfaction my family and others have and are experiencing with the administration presently in place. The fact that positioned adults target, bully and ostracize their students, and by default their families, without consequence is disgusting. Students and families being afraid to report their legitimate concerns to others is a clear indication of concerning leadership. My child is experiencing symptoms of repeated bullying such as weight loss and lack of appetite, he no longer wants to go to school for fear of being under the administration's microscope. He repeatedly earns AB honor roll, and recently won the school spelling B, an overall great student and person. It is unquestionably an unhealthy environment and my family and I are exploring other resources at this time. Do your child a favor and research this school before taking a leap of faith. Phoebe.
