    Beautiful wooded land 7.5 miles from Sandy Hook. Perfect camping spot or place to build your getaway cabin! Great for hunting or ATVs as well.
    An old barn sits towards the front of the property, condition unknown. It is gorgeous, pristine country but I live in Ohio, so have a look!
    Address listed on tax receipt is 0 Fraley Ridge, but is inaccurate, it is on Lytten Fork Rd. North of Elmo Click. Interested buyers can contact me & have a look on their own.
    Directions: Coming from the North on KY173 just before 556 turn right on Lytten Fork Road. It looks like someone's driveway but it continues past the houses & becomes a gravel & dirt road.
    5 minutes drive (going 10-15 mph) pull off & park on the gravel as there is a creek through the road-bring a truck/jeep! The pond with cattails is about 3.5 minutes down, so continue past.
    After parking, walk about 8.5 minutes, through 2 "creeks" stopping directly before the 3rd creek, the "driveway" is on your right. There was a fallen tree in it, but just past that is a green pipe gate. The lock is rusted, we just went around as there is no fence. It is completely overgrown, with barely a path showing, so wear long sleeves/pants/boots & bug spray! A little ways down the is a slight path to the right/uphill, the old barn is there & some old propane/gas/oil tanks.
    Across the "street" is a beautiful stream, we were able to hear a hawk screeching & it was very peaceful. I did see deer tracks on the mountain opposite of the barn hill.

    "I should tell you that I went to the courthouse and found the green gate and visited the property. It has some nice features in that it is down a pretty and secluded lane in an area of Elliott County that I like, but it is rough... I would suggest that you market it as a good hunting tract that would make for a good place to put a remote cabin."

      "I was born and raised here. It is a great community. You can be involved as much or as little as you would like. Our hometown is rich in culture with an emphasis in the arts. There is a lake, Morehead State University, hospital, and many outdoor activity opportunities. It is a little lacking in the just out of college age group, as we definitely need more restaurants and activities for date nights. However, Lexington, KY and Huntington, WV are just an hour away, with an easy drive on I-64. The only reason it did not get an excellent rating, is because there is always room for improvement. Maybe your relocation to our area is the improvement we need. HAPPY HOUSE HUNTING!!!"
