"It’s extremely walkable, people are very dog friendly and enjoy seeing people with their pups. They would like having places to take their pups."
    • Ann B.
"Main road is always jammed with traffic and will get worse with new condos and apartments along the ricer. "
    • Rhonda F.
"Parade for high school graduates. Students are able to walk to and from the schools. Convenience stores are in walking distance from nearly every home. "
    • Jessiica S.
"people are rather nice and friendly and I love it and the schools. many people move here and it's an up and coming neighborhood. and the shops ate sweet too"
    • Haley B.
"We don’t allow pitbulls which sucks! But there are always bad things laying in the streets when you are out walking your dog so he careful!"
    • Carol A.
"I have a short commute to work downtown. Unfortunately the traffic builds up quickly which causes a 10 min drive into 25 min"
    • Msheffer
"Retired so I don’t commute. I used to commute to Mason, OH every day. Dayton and Bellevue traffic wasn’t too bad at 7:00-7:30."

"peaceful walks the only down side to this town is drugs at one point it was really bad but the community and cops seem to be doing a good job at driving it out its a lot better then it was a few years ago. All I can say it take good people to drive a healthy community"
    • Jraleigh35
"Not a great place to live. Ate up with drugs and thieves. No major food market for people to go so if you want have a vehicle your stuck. Nothing really around for the community or neighborhood. Not a whole alot of friendly neighbors either and alot of trouble makers live in the area."
    • Thomas B. I.
"Food truck Friday’s, Huge Veterans Day parade, Taste of Dayton... "
    • aaron86lm
"Everything you need is within walking distace, but if you prefer you can bike as well. There is a great walking trail that follows the river, and there is lots of construction going on near the river to bring a lot more residential and nightlife to the area. If you are driving a vehicle, almost everything in the Greater Cincinnati Area is within 15-20 minutes of there. Traffic can be rough around evening rush hour, but that is because there is so much to do around the area. Can going shopping in Bellevue, check out Newport on the Levee, take your boat out to the Dayton Docks, jump on board the Queen City River Boats, or just sneak across the river from Ohio to check out NKY's Party Source for great prices on all your party supplies...and somedays they have free wine tastings!"
