"Unless you are a retiree or you have some other sustainable income...you won't find a job and although they may seem nice when you are visiting...you most likely won't fit in with the community. you are likely going to be considered a "transplant" your whole life. And, the school system is TERRIBLE! anything past elementary school is just a warehouse for kids."
