"It takes just 20 minutes to get to downtown Tucson and local shopping is just a few minutes away. Newly paved Twin Peaks road is a dream to drive on and no flooding problems. Excellent schools, quiet neighborhood with gas & sewer lines, and an electric gate planned in the not too distant future. World class golf courses nearby, too. It's a great place to live. "

"Oro Valley is a new town with all of the best. New streets new homes if you want one lots of stores and more moving in all the time. Good high teck jobs. Lots of retires and lot to do."

"Lived here for 7 years and I could make it to the intl airport in 40 minutes--with construction! It's Tucson's "Scottsdale", yet in the early, planning stages so less congestion, more buffer zones and better lay-out. Unbelievably great prices, more value than ever dreamed of in Scottsdale.....can jump on the Interstate easily and closer to the White Mtns. than ever. Highly recommend!!"
