The Second Route is considerably closer yet has appx 5 Miles of County Maintained dirt road; Ridge Road to Burning Tree on the left or South.
    Tehama County is amazing to work with and very open to assisting people in their projects. There is no engineering required for a Septic, and no perc test, only a soil inspection. Neighbors have developed their property with no issues and Tehama Planning has assured us that there should not be any for the Septic. Property is zoned AG 1 which has many benefits.
    Wild Pigs, Deer, Turkey, and other wildlife frequent the property and if you so desire provide for ample opportunity to provide hunting opportunities. If you seek the quiet life, just want a place to hide and rest or ?
    This property while secluded is easily accessed, has great views, and unlimited potential, all for a very reasonable price. Why are we selling then? We are in the process of relocating, (not out of CA), but far enough away that we won’t be able to complete our plans for the property.
