About this House

Charming three bedroom one bathroom house 5-minute walk to town, Large private yard, House comes partially or about half furnished. Wrap around deck, huge Stone fireplace, very cozy mountain setting home. There is absolutely no smoking or any drug use. A small pet will be considered, he must be employed and have good credit and no evictions. Please tell me about yourself and family if applicable. I am looking for a good long-term tenant who is clean and treats this property with care as it's the house I grew up in. Extra large lot, plenty of parking, pine trees and fruit trees, And a small garage in back for storage.

This is a beautiful setting, and very cozy house for you to enjoy the best of mountain living very close to town and the ski area. About four blocks up from highway 2 right in the center of town. Like I said the house can come mostly furnished or half furnished, it's pretty much turned key and ready to move in. Appliances are included, but you'll have to bring your own dryer.

    "I live here in Wrightwood with my husband. We were married 5 years ago. For both of us this is a 2nd marriage. We have our hometown Church here in WW. Most all our friends attend our chord but not all of them. We live high up on the West side of town, the elevation is higher on this side of town therefore when we do get snow this side usually gets more snow and the snow lasts longer. On a happier moment for the snow if you have children of younger ages they stay pretty occupied in the snow most of the day! Wrightwood definitely has all 4 seasons. The Spring, Summer, and Fall's here in Wrightwood are just gorgeous...we have many different varieties of color and the temperatures in the summer do not go over the 90 degree mark very often. Wrightwood is an excellent place to raise a family. There's not many places out there like it. Truly beautiful place..."
